Battle? Fight? why?

“QUESTIONS & STATEMENTS IN THE BATTLE”

1) WHY DO I BATTLE SO HARD?

2) WHY DO I BATTLE SO LONG?

3) WHY ME LORD?

4) I’VE BATTLED THE DEVIL ALL DAY LONG!

5) WHY CAN’T I EVER GET THE VICTORY?

1 Samuel 17:1-?

Israel: he will rule as God, - have power (as a prince).

VALLEY: broad depression: A vale 

 

BATTLE:  the engagement or an appointment time. 

Let's look at the word engagement: To bind, to occupy, to begin to fight (look below at the word FIGHT)

 

PHILISTINES:  to roll (in dust) roll (wallow) to live self-indulgent self.

  

GOLIATH:  to make naked or bare to strip (especially in a disgraceful sense); to exile separate or ban. 

While we as God's people are trying to figure out and identify the mark of the beast, the very thing you are ignoring and refusing to deal with, is the very thing that is destroying you.

I Samuel 17:19-know what your

I John 4: 3

 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God:  and this is that spirit of anti-christ, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

If you read  1 Samuel 17:1-? you will find that Israel refused to deal with Goliath and kept setting the battle against the Philistines. Even, knowing that the battle was not against the Philistines, but against Goliath, for the scrip says that Goliath told them if ye be able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him and kill him, then shall ye be our servants, and serve us.

So see friend the very thing you fighting against is the very thing God is sending into your path to create growth, prosperity and relationship, and most of all to serve you.

Fight:   to feed on; to consume;  devour, eat, overcome, prevail,

To prevail:

Notice the word "FIGHT"  it does not reference combat, warfare, struggle or battle. But it does show the empowerment or ability to feed on, Consume and prevail. It's important that you know your purpose in God. Your purpose is not to fight  but to ???????

Defy:  to pull off, to expose (as by stripping); defame; blaspheme,

 I Samuel 17:10-This is what the enemy is doing to the church.

Dismayed:  to break down, by confusion and fear: (make) afraid, beat down, discourage,

This is the condition of the church. I Samuel 17:24

FIGHT:  to feed on; to consume; devour, eat, overcome, prevail,

Revelation 13:2

2. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear,  (a bear (as obstructing by ferocity) raising a barrier]; to ward off, to avail and his mouth as the mouth   an opening (in the earth); the front or edge (of a weapon).  Of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

1). GOLIATH: WHOSE HEIGHT WAS 6 CUBITS, AND HE HAD 6 PIECES OF ARMOUR; HIS SPEAR'S HEAD WEIGHED 600 SHEKELS OF IRON 1 SAM 4:7 WHICH = 666 SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX.  (HERE WE HAVE 1 SIX CONNECTED WITH THE PRIDE OF FLESHLY MIGHT)

2). NEBUCHADNEZZAR: WHOSE IMAGE, WHICH HE SET UP WAS 60 CUBITS HIGH AND 6 CUBITS BROAD AND WHICH WAS WORSHIPPED WHEN THE MUSIC WAS HARD FROM 6 SPECIFIED INSTRUMENTS.  (HERE WE HAVE 2 SIXES CONNECTED WITH THE PRIDE OF ABSOLUTE DOMINION).

3). ANTICHRIST: WHOSE NUMBER IS 666  (HERE WE HAVE 3 SIXES CONNECTED WITH THE PRIDE OF SATANIC GUIDANCE)
